Processes so different, they're Patented.

We've designed and patented systems that reach higher standards of processing:

Our hydrochloric acid pickling process, HydroSurge ™, uses high velocity acid injection to attack scale.  This configuration increases our pickling efficiency and ensures a cleaner pickled surface.

Our rinse systems are designed to remove all acid residue without line stop staining.  Both the Twinsburg and Cleveland facilities utilize the CoilBrite ™ sprayless-rinse system.

Our CoilTrac ™ 6000 software system shows the whole pickling process in real time, from inventory receipt and scheduling, to production, packaging, bar coding and shipping.  It was designed with the help of our customers, who made sure it worked in the real world of steel processing and manufacturing.
